By placing an order through Perfume and Aroma, you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our return and refund methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to the United States.

Return Eligibility:

30 Day Return Policy

Perfume and Aroma accepts returns within 30 business days from the date of product delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused with tags.
  • The product must be in its original packaging or in the same condition that you received.
  • And without any kind of damage.
  • Customers also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process:

If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Perfume and Aroma customer support within 30 business days of product delivery to initiate the return process.
  • Provide the necessary details, including your order number, product information, and reason for the return.
  • Customers can return products by email.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Perfume and Aroma will provide you with return instructions and an authorized return address.

Please note that returns will not be approved without email verification. So please send a return request via email.

Once your return has been approved and arrived in our warehouse, you can get a refund of the payment within 7 working days.

Perfume and Aroma reserves the right to refuse returns if a product does not meet the standards of our return policy.

Return Shipping Cost

For Damaged and Defective Products

  • Perfume and Aroma will bear the return shipping cost for the defective or damaged item.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact Perfume and Aroma customer support immediately. Provide detailed information and please attach photographs of the damaged or defective item. Perfume and Aroma will work to resolve the issue promptly.

  • Resale,
  • Clearance,
  • Last chance, and
  • Final sale items.

Exchanges

If you have any concerns about your item, please contact us at info@perfumeandaroma.com before initiating an exchange.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
